Our kitchen is a unique place that generates about 3000 meals a day 365 days a year.  Our goal is to provide quality, nutritious meals that enhance the well being of the clients we serve.

As a non-profit agency we rely on donations.  This is especially true in our kitchen.  We have been blessed to have been involved with the Chef’s Table food donation program for the past year.   The Calgary Westin provides us with excellent, quality food on a weekly basis that we can use for a variety of meal options.   Since commencing the relationship in January of 2012, we have received over 7300 meals from The Westin.

We recently received further good news that the Marriot hotel will also share a weekly donation.

The “cold chain” food safe handling technique is utilized and always maintained to ensure food remains at a safe temperature and that the wholesome product donated is available to be given to our clients.  Our cooks are provided with more options in creating smaller quality meals and snacks as required.

We are proud to be involved with The Westin and now The Marriott in this venture and we look forward to continuing this wonderful relationship.
